About You

Basic Qualifications (P4) :

• 5 years of IT implementation experience
• 5 years of functional experience in Financials in Workday
• 2 years of software consulting experience

Basic Qualifications (P3) :

• 3 years of IT implementation experience
• 3 years of functional experience in Financials in Workday
• 1 years of software consulting experience

Other Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability with one or more of the following areas : Procure to Pay, Supply Chain Management, Banking & Settlement, Contracts to Cash, or Professional Services Automation
• Certified or ability to certify in Workday Financials Products and effectively deploy the solution
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting or Economics, and / or related experience
• Demonstrates an understanding of Financial ERP systems and processes. Able to gain a detailed understanding of Workday concepts and new feature releases in areas of expertise and cross application features .
• Experience with influencing, interacting, and collaborating with senior leaders, internally and externally.
• Capable of leading and influencing design meetings toward an effective and collaborative outcome
• Ability to deliver and get results while managing to a project plan
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• The ability to work on multiple engagements simultaneously.
