The Finance Group is partnering with a growing engineering and environmental consulting organization to recruit a Senior Financial Controller in Saskatoon. This senior leader will oversee month-end, and provide strategic insights to improve project profitability and ERP processes.

You’ll partner with operations to strengthen financial performance, drive forecasting, and deliver meaningful analyses to guide business decisions in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial reporting
• Prepare accurate financial statements, management reports, forecasts, and variance analysis
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning
• Deliver meaningful financial insights that support executive decision-making
• Project costing
• Work-in-Progress (WIP)
• Revenue recognition
• Labour recovery
• Project profitability analysis
• Financial performance reporting
