Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree required in finance, accounting, economics, or business.
- CPA/CFA strongly preferred.
- 8+ years of progressive finance experience.
- Experience developing business cases and investment analyses.
- ERP implementation/modernization experience.
Responsibilities
- Establish and own analytics capability across profitability and performance.
- Develop product, customer, alloy, facility, and margin analyses.
- Standardize KPIs, site reporting, and executive dashboards.
- Act as Finance lead for NetSuite implementation and data governance.
- Support AP/AR modernization and ERP optimization.
- Provide financial modelling and strategic decision support.
