Qualifications

• ERP configuration experience required across financial modules.
• Deployment, support and functional specs development for financial applications.
• Ability to analyze problems, prioritize, and provide clear recommendations.
• Strong problem-solving and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to work independently and in a team.
• Able to multi-task and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of Records Management policies is a plus.
• Experience leveraging Microsoft tools like Project Server and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison with business to troubleshoot and solve software problems and design/configure necessary product modifications to satisfy customer requirements.
• Provide consulting services with a focus on financial systems and processes.
• Prepare deliverables to support development and deployment of a solution, including functional specifications and configuration guides.
• Identify, define, and model application requirements for packaged and custom components.
• Participate in the design and configuration of applications supported by the solutions team.
• Report status, provide estimates, raise issues to the Functional Lead.
• Train and orient Application Developers on the solution and requirements.
• Analyze current business processes and propose solutions to meet needs.
• Assist with QA testing, traceability, and master data setup for testing.
• Provide post go-live support and ensure procedures remain usable.
