What You'll Do:

• Conducts complex financial modeling and analysis to evaluate real estate deal strategies, present options and recommendations to senior leadership across Real Estate and/or Finance.
• Maintains and tracks sales; transfers results due to Real Estate activity and creates customized reports to support profit-maximizing or market optimization initiatives.
• Leads meetings with various Executive department heads to review financial trends and results, interpret analysis and provide recommendations.
• Responsible for maintaining and updating Real Estate databases to ensure data integrity, including building and enhancing report functionality.
• Other ad hoc analyses or tasks, as required.

About You:

• A minimum of three (3) years of professional experience in financial planning, reporting, modeling and analysis.
• A post-secondary education in related field (e.g. Finance/Accounting, Business Administration, Economics); a CPA designation is considered an asset.
• Strong knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).
• Advanced problem-solving skills including ability to analyze information, conduct research, and utilize data design, visualization or manipulation concepts.
• Excellent collaboration, written and verbal communication skills; communicates and interprets information accurately and builds effective relationships with team, internal and external partners.
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite, strong spreadsheet management (MS Excel), knowledge of accounting software and experience with budgeting or data visualization tools (e.g. TM1, Power BI).

Salary Range: $74,752.50-$104,653.50 /year *This represents the expected hiring range and may not represent the full pay range for the position. The salary offered may be higher than the posted range depending on several factors such as relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
