Role: Senior Market Risk Analyst
Location: Atlanta
Hybrid: 2-3 days in office

Job duties:
  • Balance Sheet & Risk Management: Analyzes financial data to develop risk mitigation strategies and optimize liquidity.
  • Financial Analysis & Reporting: Leads financial forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis, ensuring accuracy in reports.
  • Investment & Treasury Operations: Evaluates interest rate risk, monitors liquidity, and oversees fixed income portfolios.
  • Profitability & Business Strategy: Develops profitability models, supports capital planning, and identifies efficiency opportunities.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Works with business leaders to drive treasury activities, financial planning, and cost-saving initiatives.
  • Technical Expertise: Skilled in financial systems, including Oracle, SAP, Power BI, Tableau, and Microsoft Office.
  • Industry & Regulatory Knowledge: Strong understanding of GAAP, financial institutions, investment operations, and credit risk.
  • Leadership & Communication: Experienced in guiding financial teams, presenting insights to senior management, and supporting strategic decisions.

Requirements:
  • 4-5+ years of relevant experience working for a Financial Institution
  • Finance degree
  • MBA and/or CFA preferred
