- Financial Analysis & Reporting: Leads financial forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis, ensuring accuracy in reports.
- Investment & Treasury Operations: Evaluates interest rate risk, monitors liquidity, and oversees fixed income portfolios.
- Profitability & Business Strategy: Develops profitability models, supports capital planning, and identifies efficiency opportunities.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Works with business leaders to drive treasury activities, financial planning, and cost-saving initiatives.
- Technical Expertise: Skilled in financial systems, including Oracle, SAP, Power BI, Tableau, and Microsoft Office.
- Industry & Regulatory Knowledge: Strong understanding of GAAP, financial institutions, investment operations, and credit risk.
- Leadership & Communication: Experienced in guiding financial teams, presenting insights to senior management, and supporting strategic decisions.
Requirements:- 4-5+ years of relevant experience working for a Financial Institution
- Finance degree
- MBA and/or CFA preferred
