Job summary

Precision Drilling is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our Calgary office. You will support quarterly and annual external financial statements, coordinate with auditors, and drive IFRS reporting across multiple jurisdictions.

The role requires a CPA with 3–5 years in public accounting, strong SOX/COSO knowledge, and experience with SAP/BPC. You will collaboratively strengthen internal controls and deliver accurate year-end reporting under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• CPA designation with 3–5 years public accounting experience, including consolidations and IFRS expertise.
• Strong knowledge of SOX compliance, internal controls (COSO), and risk management practices.
• Experience with public company reporting, securities filings, and SAP/BPC systems.

Responsibilities

• Support quarterly and annual external financial statements and coordinate with external auditors.
• Oversee SOX 404 compliance, including control design, testing, and remediation with process owners.
• Strengthen internal controls and processes to ensure financial reporting integrity and management certification.
• Partner with IT and business leaders to execute ICFR.
• Lead complex accounting analyses, IFRS implementations, and legal entity reporting across multiple jurisdictions.
