Job summary

A leading recruitment services firm is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst for a 12-month contract in downtown Toronto. The role requires a minimum of 2 years accounting experience with exposure to financial reporting and analysis, alongside strong skills in MS Excel and MS Access. This position entails preparing financial analytics, investigating variances, and supporting corporate accounting tasks. Candidates familiar with US GAAP and IFRS will be preferred in this in-office role, requiring presence two days a week.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years accounting experience with solid exposure to financial reporting and analysis.
• Experience within banking, investment or insurance industry is preferred.
• Strength in the use of MS Excel and MS Access.
