We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst – Finance Operations to join our team in VICTORIA, British Columbia, Canada.
This position plays a key role in upholding the financial integrity of pension plans that impact thousands of members. In this dynamic role, you will lead the development and maintenance of financial forecasts and dashboards, oversee cash management operational activities, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accuracy and compliance. The position supervises staff, conducts performance evaluations, and supports employee development. Hybrid Work Model
This position is located in our Victoria, BC office. You will have the flexibility to work part of the time on-campus and part of the time off-campus. The requirement for on-campus presence is a minimum of 40% of your schedule in a month.
