Loblaw Companies Limited is hiring a Senior Financial Analyst for the Enterprise Business Services team in a centralized Customer Support role based in Toronto. You will provide timely guidance on financial processes, systems, and inquiries across stores and business stakeholders, serving as a key contact for financial issues.

You will work with Finance, Store Operations, Regional teams, Central Office, and IT to resolve inquiries, improve processes, and enhance the overall customer experience,

Formación

• Post-secondary education in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Provide high level customer service and timely support to stores and business stakeholders.
• Investigate and resolve financial, accounting, payroll, and process-related inquiries with system expertise.
• Guide and train store teams and partners on financial processes and system functionality.
• Analyze inquiries to identify root causes and determine resolutions.
• Collaborate with Central Office, Regional teams, Finance, Operations and IT to resolve complex issues.
