Position Overview

Autodesk is seeking a strategic and hands-on Finance Business Partner (FBP) to support our Emerging Business Customer Success organization. This role is ideal for a finance professional who thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments and is excited to support a diverse portfolio of acquired businesses with varying systems and processes. You will play a key role in driving financial insights, enabling scalable operations, and partnering with business leaders to support sustainable growth. In this capacity you will serve as a trusted financial advisor, guiding and providing insights on investments, portfolio analysis and technology decision support, while adhering to your fiduciary duties as a member of the finance organization.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to Customer Success leadership teams, providing insights on investment strategies, resource allocation, and financial impact

  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting across a portfolio of acquired and integrating businesses

  • Build and maintain dynamic capacity and headcount models to support operational and strategic planning

  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports in Power BI to provide transparency into business performance and KPIs; analyzing and articulating the financial impact of investments and driving maximized ROI

  • Support integration efforts of newly acquired businesses by aligning financial processes and reporting standards

  • Drive ad-hoc financial analyses and models to inform and support recommendations and business cases

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred

  • 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis or a similar role

  • Proficiency in SQL, with experience in Snowflake or similar data platforms

  • Expertise in Power BI or other business intelligence tools

  • Experience working with multiple CRM and ERP systems

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to partner effectively with various stakeholders
