We're recruiting a Senior Financial Analyst for a newly created role that sits at the intersection of finance, strategy, and operations.

This is a high-impact role within a fast-growing health services company - as a Senior Financial Analyst, you will lead critical projects with direct visibility to key internal stakeholders across Finance and Operations.

Responsibilities

• Build advanced financial and performance models to drive strategic decision-making
• Translate complex data into actionable insights that help leadership uncover trends and identify opportunities for the business
• Create and manage forecasting models to support budgeting efforts and planning efforts across field operations
• Evaluate new opportunities through scenario modeling and investment analysis
• Partner cross-functionally to design and implement data-driven process improvements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or financial strategy / consulting
• Advanced knowledge of Excel; experience with Power BI, Tableau, and SQL preferred

Compensation : $85,000-$105,000 + 10% bonus

Location : Hybrid flexible position located in Nashville (3 days per week in-office with flexibility around balancing personal obligations with work)
