Role Overview:
The Senior Financial Analyst will play a key role in analyzing and supporting land acquisitions, development projects, and financing activities. The role involves financial modeling, deal structuring, and collaboration with internal teams, with potential progression to a Finance Manager position.

Candidate Profile:
Candidates should have at least 2 years of relevant real estate finance experience, preferably with developers, private equity, or consulting firms. Strong analytical, financial modeling, and system skills are essential, along with a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field. A Master’s degree or CFA designation is advantageous. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable.
Location:
Vancouver, in the Mount Pleasant neighborhood, at 34 West 7th Avenue. This is a full-time, in-office role.
Compensation:
Salary range of $90,000 to $110,000, commensurate with experience, plus benefits and a performance bonus.
