Role Overview:
The Senior Financial Analyst will play a key role in analyzing and supporting land acquisitions, development projects, and financing activities. The role involves financial modeling, deal structuring, and collaboration with internal teams, with potential progression to a Finance Manager position.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Analyze and recommend financing options for land and residential developments.
2. Develop and maintain financial models for various projects, including cash flow analysis and investment return assessments.
3. Conduct scenario and sensitivity analyses.
4. Prepare project pro formas, manage cash flows, and collaborate across departments.
5. Assist in deal negotiations, including preparing presentations and reviewing loan agreements.
6. Maintain accurate reporting and manage funding conditions and compliance.
7. Build relationships with lenders, investors, and partners.
8. Support internal reporting and new project formation.
9. Represent the company at industry events.

Candidate Profile:
Candidates should have at least 2 years of relevant real estate finance experience, preferably with developers, private equity, or consulting firms. Strong analytical, financial modeling, and system skills are essential, along with a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field. A Master’s degree or CFA designation is advantageous. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable.

Location:
Vancouver, in the Mount Pleasant neighborhood, at 34 West 7th Avenue. This is a full-time, in-office role.

Compensation:
Salary range of $90,000 to $110,000, commensurate with experience, plus benefits and a performance bonus.
