Job description
Overview

Position: Senior Financial Analyst – Strategic FP&A & SaaS Focus

About RHEI:

RHEI is a creator economy company advancing the industry by helping creators, media companies and brands find success through digital content. We provide end-to-end solutions to help creators and media companies grow their audiences and revenue, while helping brands connect to hard-to-reach digital fans. Our proprietary technologies leverage generative AI, machine learning, digital signal processing and big data to power our platform and ecosystem, and we are the largest multi-vertical video publisher in the world, reaching tens of billions of monthly views and over 600 million monthly uniques.

About the role:

We are seeking a high-calibre Senior Financial Analyst (SFA) to strengthen our FP&A function by supporting ad hoc, project-based analysis and enabling deeper, more strategic financial and data insights—especially as we expand into new revenue streams like audio-visual data licensing to train AI models (Data Pro) or our proprietary emotionally intelligent AI platform that delivers SaaS-based agentic solutions to empower content creators (Made). This is a critical hire that will help elevate the quality and agility of our financial planning, reporting, and decision support.

This role is ideal for someone who combines strong technical prep skills with the strategic thinking and business acumen to “see the full picture.” You will collaborate cross-functionally and act as both an executor and a thought partner, surfacing key trends, identifying growth levers, and ensuring data-driven decisions. You'll also serve as a key support for coverage across core FP&A tasks in case of team absences.

As RHEI is a high growth company, you should enjoy working in an entrepreneurial, high change environment. RHEI has a remote work model which offers the best work life balance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and execute ad hoc and project-based financial analyses that support strategic initiatives and operational decisions.
  • Deep dive into financial and operational data to uncover trends, risks, opportunities, and insights, especially around new products or revenue streams.
  • Build and iterate on financial models and dashboards to support forecasting, scenario planning, and KPI tracking.
  • Partner closely with teams across Creator Growth, Content Management, Shared Services, and other emerging business lines to synthesize qualitative insights with quantitative results.
  • Leverage AI-based tools for advanced analytics, forecasting, and automation of reporting workflows.
  • Support and cross-train on core FP&A responsibilities including month-end close analysis, board reporting, and company-wide forecasts.
  • Help standardize processes and build scalable reporting frameworks as we grow new business lines.
  • Uphold accuracy and data integrity, especially when working with emerging data sets or under rapidly changing business conditions.
Key Requirements
  • 4–6+ years of relevant experience in FP&A, strategic finance, or investment / consulting roles.
  • Strong foundational skills in financial modeling, forecasting, and business case analysis.
  • Proven experience in a SaaS or recurring revenue environment, with deep understanding of SaaS metrics (e.g., ARR, CAC, LTV, churn).
  • High fluency in financial systems (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI, etc.) and data environments (e.g. Snowflake, HubSpot, etc.); SQL a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with AI-enabled finance tools (e.g., for forecasting, variance analysis, data analysis, reporting automation, etc.).
  • Strong business judgment and ability to connect numbers to strategy and actionable insights.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with a high standard of data accuracy and presentation polish.
  • Excellent communication skills—able to distill complex findings into simple, compelling narratives.
  • Comfortable working in ambiguity, wearing multiple hats, and adapting to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
