Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in FP&A with a focus on operational topics.
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
• Ability to work autonomously and prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

Providing the financial basis as well as analysis to Ops management as well as senior management to make decisions contributing to overall company goals.

Lettuce share what this role will be responsible for

• Lead the full MEC and budgeting process for assigned P&L component
• Business partner with Ops and senior management
• Prepare and analyze operational costs in MEC
• Receive, challenge and process inputs from Ops for quarterly budgeting
• Be in the financial lead for Ops projects, e.g. buy or lease decisions, new operational initiatives
• Connect all the packages and have the overview in capex planning
• All other duties, as assigned

• Approx 5 years of experience in FP&A with focus on operational topics
• Masters degree or CPA or equivalent
• Knowledge of Excel, Tableau, and financial modelling software, e.g. Adaptive
• Strong demonstration of communication skills, both written and oral
• Demonstrated prioritization skills, and ability to work autonomously
