What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Maintain annual budgets and conduct quarterly forecasting activities
  • Develop and implement efficient reporting strategies, including automation of reporting processes
  • Analyze financial and operational data for quarterly Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reporting
  • Lead strategic planning and detailed forecasting efforts, including Budget versus Actual analysis
  • Assist with timely billing and revenue recognition in accordance with the Master Service Agreement
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in accounting and finance
  • Proficiency in ERP accounting applications
  • Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Strong MS Access and database skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Knowledge of the Oil and Energy Industry
  • Experience with PeopleSoft, SQL, JDEdwards World, or JDEdwards EnterpriseOne
  • Background in Real Estate/Property Management services
  • Process Management experience or a strong interest in Six Sigma methodologies
