The Senior Financial Analyst will support the Finance team with corporate financial reporting, planning & analysis, strategy, and M&A opportunities. You will deliver high-quality analysis, forecasting, reporting, and research to inform executive decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own financial reporting (monthly, quarterly, annual). Gather, consolidate, analyze results, prepare reports, analyze trends, and explain variances.
• Lead strategic planning and forecasting, including rolling forecasts and resource allocation.
• Conduct financial reviews with business partners to discuss expenses and update forecasts.
• Automate and improve reporting and forecasting processes using financial systems.
• Collaborate with Accounting on monthly close and validate financial statements.
• Assist with annual budgeting, managing timelines, and preparing budget models.
• Work cross-functionally to develop and report on key performance indicators.
• Support ad-hoc projects, including research and due diligence on target companies and industries.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 5-7 years of solid financial experience and acumen.
• Experience with financial modeling and forecasting.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience in a scaling environment with changing priorities.
• Knowledge of ERP and financial systems like NetSuite, SAP, Anaplan, or Adaptive.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Self-starter with ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Compensation:

The annual salary range is CAD 95,000 - 130,000, based on skills and experience. Benefits include health insurance, parental leave, pension plan, and more.
