HireLoft Recruitment is pleased to partner with a respected and growing healthcare organization to support their search for a Senior Financial Analyst . This hybrid role is based in Oakville, ON , offering a balance of hands-on accounting responsibility and leadership within the accounts payable function.

Reporting directly to the VP of Finance, this position plays a key role in supporting financial operations across a network of medical clinics, ensuring timely reporting, expense control, and process integrity.

Key Responsibilities :

• Full-cycle accounting, including month-end close and financial reporting
• Oversee accounts payable processes across the organization, ensuring compliance and efficiency
• Provide mentorship and oversight to AP staff, including performance guidance
• Serve as administrator for Concur or similar expense management platforms
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational and financial excellence

Qualifications :

• Minimum 5 years of experience in fully cycle accounting; experience in healthcare or multi-entity environments is an asset
• CPA designation preferred (or equivalent practical experience)
• Strong understanding of AP processes and comfort leading or guiding junior team members
• Proficiency with Concur, Cooper, or comparable expense / AP systems
• Professional, composed, and confident communicator; capable of navigating complex team dynamics
• Candidates with a steady, experienced approach and a preference for stability and ownership will thrive in this environment
• Performance bonus of up to 5%
