We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join our team!
Closing Date: September 26, 2025
Position Type: Full-Time, Regular, 35 Hours Per Week.
Starting Salary: $79,310 - $84,872 (This represents the first three-steps of a seven-step salary grid. Candidate experience will be considered when determining the starting salary)

Location: The CMHA home office for this role is Newmarket, located at 1101 Nicholson Road, Unit 5, Newmarket, ON L3Y 9C3. Incumbent may be required to travel to other CMHA Offices in York Region and South Simcoe as required.
Job Profile:
Reporting to the Senior Director Finance, this individual will have responsibility for the accounting, finance, business analysis and management decision support for the overall organization. This includes month and year-end accounting; reconciliations; monthly and quarterly management reporting; meaningful results analysis; government reporting; and annual audits for the organization and assigned programs. They will also play a role in business analysis and management decision support by creating and maintaining detailed budget and forecast models; designing and providing valuable management reports and metrics; providing thorough analyses of results against budget and forecast; and provide expertise in compliance matters and business processes.

This position reports to and is supervised by Senior Director Finance.
Working Conditions: This role works extensively at a desk, using a computer and possibly a headset with microphone up to seven (7) hours a day. Works in any combination of standard office environment in a shared office space or remotely (i.e., from home). Travel to various satellite offices throughout York Region and South Simcoe. Weekend and evening hours may be required.
