Job Title: Senior Financial Analyst (SFA)
Reports To: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Job Summary

We’re seeking a talented and driven Senior Financial Analyst to join our client's finance team! In this key role, you'll provide valuable insights and support critical financial operations, helping steer strategic decisions that shape the future of the business. If you have a solid foundation in manufacturing accounting, advanced Excel skills, and thrive in cross-functional collaboration, this could be the perfect fit. Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure seamless monthly, quarterly, and year-end closes, including physical inventory counts across both facilities. Examine invoices, purchase orders, and the general ledger to maintain accuracy and budget compliance.
  • Handle payroll entries, daily bank reconciliations, wire payments, and cash flow forecasts to support financial stability. Collaborate closely with the Sales Administrator to ensure accurate customer pricing and trade management updates in the ERP system.
  • Oversee inventory management, identify risks, maintain provisions, and keep product bill of materials current. Analyze production variances and standard costing systems for accuracy.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting practices and audit requirements. Continuously improve internal controls and processes. Play a key role in financial reporting, general ledger structure, and audit preparation.
  • Manage balance sheet reconciliations, oversee the fixed asset subledger, monitor depreciation, and ensure assets are accurately recorded with proper useful life allocations.
  • Contribute to system optimization, process improvements, and overall financial success of the company.
Qualifications & Skills
  • At least 5 years of experience in financial accounting within a manufacturing environment.
  • CPA candidacy or equivalent expertise is a plus.
  • Exceptional Excel skills and proficiency with accounting software, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial statements.

Candidates should demonstrate sound judgment, strategic problem-solving, and negotiation skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, along with a collaborative approach, are essential.
