Job Summary

The Senior Financial Analyst provides financial planning, reporting, and analysis to support business partners aligned with company strategies and financial goals.

Core Responsibilities

  • Manage monthly/quarterly forecasts and annual budgets for Primary Care and Retail sales channels
  • Enhance and develop budgeting processes
  • Prepare financial analytics, PVM analysis, and KPIs for leadership review
  • Support strategic initiatives for growth and margin improvement
  • Manage sales compensation reports for sales channels
  • Improve existing reporting processes
  • Handle ad-hoc requests from sales and corporate teams
  • Review accounting entries and validate data monthly
  • Assist with month-end financial reporting
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years FP&A and financial modeling experience
  • University degree in relevant field
  • CPA designation preferred
  • Collaborative, adaptable, with strong business acumen and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills and Excel proficiency
  • SAP experience is an asset
