Role and General Responsibilities

• Assist the director in developing financial information reports to provide current, relevant information for management to assess resources and make sound business decisions.
• Ensure the completeness and accuracy of required reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and year-end reports, according to group deadlines.
• Collaborate with the Operations team to update projected results on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis for review and approval by management.
• Lead reporting, analysis, and communication of results with clear commentary; oversee flash reporting, revenue results, and monthly KPI reporting.
• Manage the core financial structure within the Finance SAP/Accounting system, understanding its impact on financial reporting and related modules when changes occur.
• Liaise with internal and external auditors to meet deadlines and ensure compliance.
• Develop and review programs and project reports to respond accurately and promptly to data requests, utilizing effective data generation and analysis methods.
• Maintain safety standards and comply with the Company’s Health, Safety & Environment Management System requirements.
• Conduct meetings with managers to identify issues and propose solutions for financial challenges.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• PA designation is an asset.
