About the Opportunity

• Perform financial reporting, ad-hoc business analyses, and financial modeling
• Facilitate financial review meetings with business groups and work with business managers to ensure effective finance and cost management
• Comfortable communicating and explaining complex financial concepts with stakeholders with non-finance backgrounds
• Communication is key in this role; you will be working closely with executive level business leaders to advise on financial impacts during the decision-making process
• Own, from start to end, the entire financial aspect of a key program for the organization. Working cross-functionally to ensure the success of this large project.
• Work closely with the business managers to drive operational efficiency
• Manage the financial planning and analysis effort, using the key input levers to the business
• Develop ad hoc business analysis and present recommendations to senior management on strategic decisions and planned future initiatives
• Establish and maintain operating and business metrics
• You will also be accountable for the accounting duties and recording of financial operations

About You

• University degree in Finance or Accounting
• CPA required
• 4-5 years in a finance and/or analysis role
• Comfortable in a fast paced, high growth, dynamic environment
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills accompanied with a strong business acumen
• Results oriented with the ability to take initiatives, prioritize and manage multiple tasks
• Effective relationship builder with superior interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to deal with people at all levels of the organization
• Advanced Excel skills and working knowledge of Dynamics NAV are an asset

Salary Range

$90,000 - $100,000/year
