Job Title: Senior Financial Analyst

Job Summary:
This position involves developing complex financial models, conducting in-depth analysis of financial and operational data, and partnering cross-functionally to support revenue optimization, cost management, and overall business growth. The Senior Financial Analyst will also be responsible for preparing forecasts, reports, and insightful commentary to guide business strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Provide financial planning, analysis, and strategic support specifically for the sales organization.
- Develop and manage sales forecasts, budgets, and performance tracking metrics.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Prepare reports and presentations on sales performance and financial analysis for management.
- Support sales compensation/commissions analysis and reporting.
Qualifications:
- Experience in sales finance or a related field, with a strong understanding of sales processes and metrics.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and reporting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey financial information to stakeholders.
- Experience with relevant software and tools for financial planning and analysis.
Compensation:
- $130,000 - $170,000 annually
