RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prepare and analyze the information required to prepare the financial statements and management reports for your business unit, your group or the company
  • Month end closing activities such as preparing journal entries, reviewing balance sheet and income statement accounts for potential posting errors
  • Assisting with researching GR/IR issues with centralized AP group and local purchasers
  • Assisting with balance sheet reconciliations, ensuring reporting accuracy
  • Participating in all physical inventory counts, reconciliations, and ensuring continuous compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Support finance team and plant leadership in efforts to track, monitor and report on cost savings initiatives
  • Guarantee that the financial information produced is reliable and complete
  • Adhere to the internal control structure to minimize the business risks inherent in operations or fraud
  • Assist in providing monthly variance analysis, financial models and projections in support of business decisions
  • Possess a strong understanding of the manufacturing environment and all key drivers of the financial results
  • Assist your supervisor in making decisions in your field of activity
  • Contribute to the operational and administrative efficiency of your sector
