What You’ll Be Doing…

Our Advisors are customer-centric, connecting with people in relatable ways. As a vital member of the Canadian Banking Branch network, your focus will be to provide exceptional service throughout the customer journey by:

• Proactively discovering customer needs and listening to understand their requests
• Educating customers with relevant insights and expert advice
• Building comprehensive financial plans using a holistic approach to help achieve their goals
• Nurturing strong, long-lasting relationships
• Developing, retaining, and growing the branch business by meeting individual and team sales goals that support a positive customer experience

What You Need To Succeed…

• The drive to build strong customer relationships
• A strategic mindset for developing personalized financial strategies, including banking, investments, and borrowing solutions
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment aligned with customer goals
• A Mutual Funds license and completed CIFP Diploma
