What you’ll be doing

Our Advisors are customer-centric and excel at connecting with people. As a vital part of the Canadian Banking Branch network, your focus will be to provide exceptional service throughout the customer’s journey by:

  1. Proactively discovering customer needs and listening to understand their requests.
  2. Educating customers with relevant insights and expert advice.
  3. Building comprehensive plans using a holistic approach to help customers achieve their goals.
  4. Nurturing long-term relationships.
  5. Developing, retaining, and growing the branch business by meeting sales goals that support a positive customer experience.
What you need to succeed
  1. Strong desire and ability to build customer relationships.
  2. A strategic mindset for developing personalized financial strategies, including banking, investments, and borrowing solutions.
  3. Proven success in meeting and exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment aligned with customer goals.
  4. Mutual Funds license and completed CIFP Diploma.
