Job summary

Servus Credit Union in Bow Island, AB is hiring a Financial Advisor/Senior Financial Advisor at the Bow Island branch. Reporting to the Assistant Branch Manager, you will develop long-term relationships with members, build trust, and deliver customized financial solutions that improve their financial fitness.

The role includes identifying opportunities, meeting sales targets, participating in business development, and deepening knowledge of investment and retail banking services.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of retail banking or related financial industry experience, preferably in sales or customer service and a high school diploma.
• Post-secondary education in Finance (or related studies) is preferred.
• Investment Funds in Canada Course & License (IFIC) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to match members with the right financial products and solutions.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and referral goals.
• Develop knowledge of current investment and retail banking services and products.
• Promote referrals to Wealth Management and Business Banking teams.
• Provide outstanding member experience and adhere to policies and procedures.
