What you’ll be doing…

Our Advisors are customer-centric and skilled at connecting with people. As a vital member of the Canadian Banking Branch network, your focus will be to provide exceptional service throughout the customer’s journey by:

  • Proactively discovering customer needs and listening to understand their requests
  • Educating customers with relevant insights and expert advice
  • Building comprehensive financial plans using a holistic approach to help clients achieve their goals
  • Nurturing strong, long-term relationships
  • Developing, retaining, and growing the branch business by meeting individual and team sales goals that support positive customer experiences

What you need to succeed…

  • A strong desire and drive to build lasting customer relationships
  • A strategic mindset to develop personalized financial strategies, including banking, investments, and borrowing solutions
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment aligned with customer goals
  • A Mutual Funds license and completed CIFP Diploma
