The Opportunity :
We’re looking for a Senior Finance Manager to join our team in Burlington. The Finance Operations & Reporting Manager facilitates finance operations and the entire process of preparing both ad hoc and formal financial reporting. The goal of this role is to standardize the reporting process while also working to improve and streamline it. The role will also support daily / weekly activities, month-end / quarter-end closings, annual activities, etc.
Key Duties & Responsibilities :
Providing guidance and back-up for various daily / weekly reports
Prepares relevant month-end reconciliations per allocation of tasks within the team.
Responsible for the annual audit and review activities of external auditors
Leads financial reporting to ensure all deadlines are met.
