Job summary

TEEMA Group seeks a Senior Finance Manager, Accounting and External Reporting in Brampton, ON. You will lead the consolidation process, corporate accounting, external reporting, and equity programs, while supervising one direct report and coordinating with tax and business area teams.

Requires a Canadian CPA/CA, strong IFRS background, and multi-entity experience. Public accounting exposure and ERP proficiency (Infor LN) are preferred.

Qualifications

• CPA designation; Canadian CA or US CPA considered.
• Hands-on IFRS experience is required.
• US GAAP experience is an asset.
• Experience with OneStream and Workiva.
• ERP proficiency; Infor LN preferred.
• Strong communication, analytical and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multi-entity consolidation and currencies.

Responsibilities

• Lead consolidation and prepare corporate accounting entries.
• Manage intercompany transactions and eliminations.
• Oversee month-end close and reporting processes.
• Supervise one direct report and coordinate with teams.
• Interface with external auditors and build stakeholder relationships.
• Drive process improvements and system implementations.
