Senior Finance Manager, Category Finance at a Glance

The Senior Finance Manager is responsible for managing category financials, delivering driver-based forecasts, actuals reporting, and analyzing complex P&Ls with varying dynamics. The role involves influencing cross-functional teams to support financial success in innovation, cost reduction, and other projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own category reporting and drive financial performance with holistic monthly forecasting.
  • Provide strategic recommendations aligned with key financial targets (AOP/PY).
  • Drive process improvements across category finance teams.
  • Develop and execute business initiatives such as pricing strategies, capital planning, and cost-out projects to enhance profitability.
  • Guide product launches and modifications by developing innovation P&Ls.
  • Influence sales strategies through monthly reviews and financial analysis.
  • Manage IR actuals and forecasts, providing insights to senior leadership during MPR reviews.
  • Forecast demand, pricing, costs, and SKU rationalization in the Annual Operating Plan.
  • Highlight risks related to waste and liquidation.
  • Improve tools, models, and processes to increase financial data visibility.
  • Motivate, coach, and develop team members.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, economics, statistics, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in finance, managing a P&L.
  • Ability to lead diverse teams across financial segments.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Organizational and project management skills.
  • Proven leadership and stakeholder influence abilities.
  • Advanced skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Tableau, FiT, Nielsen, SAP is a plus.

Salary Range:

120,100.00 - $150,100.00

Bonus: Performance-based bonus as per plan terms.

The offered compensation will consider internal equity, geographic region, experience, and other factors.
