Senior Finance Manager (CA) (4-8 Years of experience)

This is a critical role in the company. The incumbent in the role will be responsible for all Finance, Accounts, Audit & Taxation related functions.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

1. Manage the operational budgeting, annual plans, banking & treasury, working capital, cash flow, inventory, receivables, payables, and capex controlling.
2. Handle Taxation, GST, TDS, and all other statutory compliances for the company.
3. Manage investor relations with regular updates, fund raising, and relationship building.
4. Draft, implement, align & maintain the accounting guidelines/policies.
5. Identify process gaps to mitigate critical risks.
6. Develop financial models and scenarios to support strategic planning and business decisions.
7. Monitor and track budget performance against actual results and provide variance analysis.
8. Monitor and report on key financial performance indicators.
9. Implement and maintain robust financial controls and procedures to safeguard assets and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations.
10. Review and improve internal control processes and systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
11. Coordinate and manage external audits, ensuring timely completion and accurate financial reporting.
12. Ensure compliance with applicable financial regulations, accounting standards, and tax requirements.
13. Stay updated on changes in financial regulations and reporting standards.

1. A CA with 4-8 years of experience.
