Job summary

Eventscape, a leader in custom architectural fabrication, seeks a Finance Manager to oversee finance and accounting across US and Canada sites. You will partner with operations and leadership to drive planning, budgeting, costing, and tax oversight, ensuring GAAP compliance and strong internal controls.

You will lead a high-performing finance team, drive FP&A, cost management, and system improvements while delivering timely, accurate financial insights to guide strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• MBA or CPA is preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in finance or accounting.
• Experience with manufacturing accounting and ERP systems.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead and partner with functional leaders to support strategic decisions.
• Oversee month-end close, financial statements, and variance analysis.
• Manage AR, AP, Payroll, and tax compliance including GST/HST and US taxes.
• Develop budgeting, forecasting, and financial models for performance insights.
• Drive process improvements in finance systems and data reliability.
