Job summary

Domtar, a leading producer of pulp, paper, packaging, and tissue, seeks a Senior Manager, Financial Planning, Costing & Internal Reporting to lead all planning, forecasting, budgeting and performance analysis. Qualifications

• Must have Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting; CPA preferred.
• 7–10 years progressive finance experience; 3+ years in people leadership.
• Strong forecasting, budgeting and management reporting expertise.
• Solid manufacturing cost accounting knowledge; experience with SAP, Power BI and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning processes.
• Coordinate monthly forecasting cycles across units and operations.
• Develop and maintain financial models and scenario analyses.
• Oversee costing, variance and profitability analysis activities.
• Prepare management reports and executive dashboards.
• Deliver financial insights to support decision-making and performance improvement.
• Govern governance and modernize reporting processes.
• Lead automation initiatives for reporting and analytics.
