Job Description

  1. Coordinate and communicate with banks, especially for overseas payments, including statement letters, underlying documents, LLD (Lalu Lintas Devisa) reports, SIMODIS, etc.
  2. Support cross-functional tasks to ensure smooth business processes.
  3. Assist with vendor and customer master data in the system.
  4. Prepare and run payment schedules, including invoices, employee claims, and employee advances, in a timely manner.
  5. Post invoices to SAP system and ensure proper approval by authorized personnel.
  6. Perform monthly reconciliation for customer and supplier accounts on payment deductions, including billing for withheld taxes.
  7. Follow up with sales teams and/or dealers to provide invoices related to payment deductions.
  8. Ensure completeness of dealer claims in the system to have sales contracts in SAP.
  9. Track all collections from customers and incoming payments.
  10. Post incoming collection payments to SAP system and clear outstanding invoices.
  11. Communicate with customers to verify incoming payment details promptly.
  12. Ensure the Statement of Account is well managed for customers.
  13. Prepare payment refunds to end consumers (occasionally).
  14. Maintain master data for assets, customers, and vendors in the system.
  15. Prepare journal entries, including depreciation, accruals, provisions, etc.
  16. Reconcile financial statements and accounts to ensure data accuracy.
  17. Prepare bank and salary reconciliations monthly.
  18. Support monthly and annual closing processes.
  19. Prepare monthly and annual IFRS reports (SEM-BCS).
  20. Lead external audit processes and prepare statutory financial statements.
  21. Manage monthly GL accruals, including sales bonuses, retail compensations, and manual accrual expenses.
  22. Prepare cash flow forecasts.
  23. Handle end-to-end processes related to company taxation, including withholding tax, prepaid tax, and VAT.
  24. Perform monthly tax reconciliations and tax equalizations.
  25. Prepare ID billing for tax payments related to withholding tax and VAT.
  26. Assist in providing supporting documents for CIT and tax audits.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Financial Management.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience using SAP Finance & Accounting modules.
  • Familiarity with local taxation and accounting standards.
  • Experience as an external auditor is an advantage.
