Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in a senior-level finance or accounting position in a mid-sized manufacturing environment.
• Experience working with one of the Big 4 accounting firms is highly desirable.
• Strong operational and cost accounting experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership oversight and coordination of Company accounting processes.
• Plan, organize, and direct day-to-day activities of General Accounting.
• Drive operating discipline in tracking and analyzing monthly actual P/l, B/S, and cash results.
