Job Description
- Support cross-functional tasks to ensure smooth business processes.
- Provide ad-hoc data and customized reports for internal use.
- Develop and manage budgeting and forecasting processes for sales and local SG&A costs for the Sales and Customer Service business units.
- Prepare monthly cash flow forecasts.
- Actively participate in preparing, consolidating, and reporting the company's monthly situation.
- Create feasibility studies for new Brand Stores, Dealers, and Projects.
- Perform analysis comparing actual numbers against targets and last year's data by channel and category.
- Review actual vs. budget on sales cost to serve, marketing spending, promoters, tactical sales promotions, and SG&A costs.
- Track all collections from customers and incoming payments for retail and project sales.
- Ensure Statement of Account is well executed for customers.
- Review dealer claims against trade term agreements.
- Monthly reconciliation for Customer/Supplier accounts on payment deductions, including withholding tax billing.
- Review sales bonus provisions against actual achievements by customers.
- Prepare monthly business review analysis and presentations.
- Analyze Customer and Product Profitability.
- Prepare Investment reports and Corporate Credit Risk reports.
- Support the monthly and annual closing processes.
- Calculate Inventory and Accounts Receivable provisions monthly.
- Manage DSO reporting.
- Prepare monthly and annual IFRS reports for SEM-BCS.
- Support external audits and prepare statutory financial statements.
- Handle monthly GL accrual clearing, including sales bonuses, retail compensation, and manual accrual expenses.
- Prepare sales management reports monthly.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Financial Management.
- Minimum of 3-5 years experience with SAP FICO and cost control, preferably in Retail or FMCG industries.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and team collaboration.
- Familiarity with local taxation and accounting standards.
- Excellent financial planning and budgeting skills.
- Intermediate financial analysis skills.
- Knowledge of cash flow management.
- Experience as an external auditor is an advantage.
