Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking a Field Tech Senior Manager in Victoria, British Columbia, Canada. You will supervise a large field services team, set performance expectations, and manage hiring, onboarding and development to meet client goals.

You will ensure SLA adherence, coach staff, and partner with leadership on process improvements, while supporting flexible, remote/hybrid work options across Canada.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years managerial experience. Strong leadership of personnel and business objectives.
• Advanced verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize work and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience managing a team of 10+ people.
• ITIL knowledge preferred or required.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct supervision to a large field services team.
• Ensures SLAs are met in their area of responsibility.
• Oversees hiring, onboarding and performance coaching.
• Mentors staff and drives development opportunities.
• Supports process improvements and escalation management.
