Role Overview

We seek an experienced Field Compliance Coordinator for the Power Systems Technical Support Department in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia, to ensure safety and compliance in power systems operations.

Responsibilities

  1. Review and analyze power systems short circuit studies and Arc Flash Analysis.
  2. Provide safety advice and ensure compliance with environmental and safety standards.
  3. Conduct workplace hazard assessments and on-site inspections.
  4. Develop safety controls, conduct safety training, and prepare safety reports.
  5. Assist management with safety compliance and hazard mitigation strategies.
  6. Participate in safety committees and review incident data for continuous improvement.
  7. Recommend safety equipment and monitor adherence to safety programs.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related field.
  • Nine years of safety/operational experience, preferably in oil/gas or petrochemical industries, with knowledge of power systems studies including Arc Flash and short circuit analysis.
