A mid-sized law firm in North York is seeking a Senior Family Law Lawyer to manage a diverse caseload and provide strategic legal advice. The position requires at least 8 years of experience in family law and offers a hybrid work model. Successful candidates will have proven litigation and negotiation skills, a commercial mindset, and experience mentoring junior lawyers. Competitive compensation ranging from CA$175,000 to CA$200,000 included.

Senior Family Law Lawyer for mid-sized, full service law firm client, North York.
Job Type: Full-Time Permanent.
Target Compensation: From CA$175,000 to CA$200,000 per annum, plus benefits. Client is also open to proposals.
Work Location: Hybrid - combination of 2 days remote-based and 3 days onsite at client\'s North York office, with free parking provided. Onsite work expectations subject always to client business requirements, and may change according to client business need.
Education: LL.B. or J.D. degree from a recognized law school.
Professional Credentials: Licensed L1 member in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario.
Preferred Work Experience: At least 8+ years of experience in a family law practice.
Sector Experience: Law firm experience required.
