Job summary

Lauren Services is seeking a Senior Project Engineer, Facilities (P.Eng.) to lead the technical delivery of complex brownfield and greenfield industrial facility projects.

This role is ideal for a highly technical engineer with 10+ years of EPC or EPCM experience who enjoys leading multidisciplinary engineering teams while remaining actively involved in design reviews, technical problem solving, and client engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, chemical, process, electrical, or related engineering.
• P.Eng. registration with APEGA/EGBC or eligibility.
• 10+ years of EPC/EPCM experience in industrial facilities.
• Proven experience leading multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience with stage-gated project development.
• Knowledge of FEED, Detailed Design, Construction and Commissioning.
• Owner-operator/consulting/EPC experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary engineering execution for facilities projects from concept through detailed design, construction and commissioning.
• Act as primary technical focal point between clients, project managers, discipline leads, and construction teams.
• Provide engineering leadership to mechanical, process, piping, electrical, instrumentation, civil and structural disciplines.
• Develop and review engineering deliverables including design basis memos, technical reports, calculations, specs, vendor data sheets, and construction packages.
• Drive technical alignment, scope definition, risk management, and engineering quality.
• Support project planning, scheduling, budgeting, forecasting and change management.
