• Directs regional field operations by setting goals, approving activities, controlling costs, and monitoring contractor performance.
• Ensures compliance with industry laws, regulations and guidelines through reviews and inspections.
• Manages department budget, approves parts and supplies purchases, and analyzes cost data.
• Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates and conducts regular performance evaluations.
