Overview

FACILITIES COORDINATOR, SENIOR – Winnipeg, MB

The Facilities Team focuses on coordinating and providing timely execution of maintenance, improvement projects, and repair for all office locations within the organization.

Responsibilities
  • Scheduling / coordinating work requests for outside contractors and oversee completion of assigned work and services
  • Coordinating all office moves and operations of common areas
  • Recommending changes and improvements to existing standards, policies and procedures
  • Processing service requests received and maintaining a database of requests to meet reporting and analysis requirements
  • Monitoring and ordering facility maintenance inventory and supplies
  • Managing the maintenance of the facilities and grounds, depending on location, ensuring service standard processes and in compliance with applicable local laws, rules and regulations
  • Maintaining databases tracking service vendors, contracts and facilities inventory / supplies
Qualifications
  • 3-5 years experience in facilities administration or providing facilities-focused administrative coordination
  • Designation from a recognized Facility Management Association is an asset
  • Previous Insurance industry experience is an asset
