Imperial Oil is seeking a Senior External Reporting Advisor to lead and coordinate high-quality external financial reporting to investors, regulators and stakeholders. The role ensures US GAAP compliance, effective disclosures, and governance across the reporting cycle.
The ideal candidate brings 10+ years in external reporting and a CPA designation, plus experience in a large public company or public accounting. Collaboration with executives and global teams is essential.

The Senior External Reporting Advisor is responsible for the preparation, review, analysis, and delivery of high-quality external financial reporting to investors, regulators, and other key stakeholders. As a trusted technical accounting and reporting expert, this role ensures compliance with US GAAP, securities regulations, and corporate reporting requirements while supporting the Company's reporting strategy, governance framework, and disclosure processes.
