Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years' experience in the commercial property and casualty industry.
• Completion of the CIP and/or FCIP designation.
• Knowledge of underwriting philosophy, policy contracts, rating programs, risk information sources, and workflow procedures.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite and service highly complex portfolios according to guidelines.
• Mentor and train underwriting staff in the region.
• Promote underwriting excellence and portfolio quality and performance.
