Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in executive thought leadership, business writing, management consulting or related field.
• Experience writing long-form executive thought leadership, strategic reports or business publications.
• Experience interviewing senior stakeholders and synthesizing diverse perspectives into a cohesive narrative.
• Strong editing, structure, and clarity to transform complex ideas into compelling narratives.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and writing of flagship thought leadership from early research through publication.
• Collaborate with clients, researchers and subject matter experts to shape strategic narratives.
• Manage end-to-end editorial process across multiple initiatives with timelines and milestones.
• Provide developmental editing to strengthen logic, structure and executive relevance.
• Coordinate writers, researchers and contributors to maintain clarity on roles and deadlines.
• Conduct interviews with CEOs and C-suite executives to uncover meaningful business insights.
