Senior Executive Assistant to the Chief Investment Officer
Are you a highly skilled Senior Executive Assistant who thrives on anticipating needs, solving problems, and enabling executives to focus on what matters most? This is your chance to support our Chief Investment Officer at the center of a global, high-impact investment organization.
In this role, you will be more than an administrator, you’ll be a trusted partner, ensuring priorities are managed seamlessly, projects and meetings are flawlessly executed, and communications flow smoothly across the organization. With direct exposure to high-level strategy and decision-making, you’ll play a pivotal role in keeping the CIO and leadership team focused, informed, and effective.

You will report to the Chief Investment Officer, Asset Allocation and provide support to the Leadership Team, as required. In this role, you’ll work with stakeholders at all levels, both internal and external, and collaborate closely with other senior administrators to ensure alignment and consistency across the organization.
