What You will Be Doing :

  • Running complex calendars and travel plans like a pro.
  • Managing confidential communications and executive-level correspondence with precision and polish.
  • Leading the charge on board meetings, senior leadership meetings, town halls, and team events.
  • Preparing client-facing decks, internal updates, and presentation materials that wow.
  • Streamlining workflows, anticipating executive needs, and always being one step ahead.
  • Collaborating across departments and liaising with everyone from plant managers to board members.
  • Staying on top of everything — even when everything’s changing.

What You Bring to the Table :

  • 7–10+ years of Executive Assistant experience, with at least 3 years supporting C-level leaders.
  • A background in manufacturing, food production, or other fast-paced, operational industries.
  • A cool head under pressure and the ability to juggle competing priorities without dropping the ball.
  • Tech-savvy mindset — you know your way around Office 365, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP systems.
  • A natural communicator with sharp instincts and a professional, can-do attitude.
  • Master of confidentiality, trusted advisor, and culture champion — all rolled into one.
  • Willingness to jump in when needed — even outside of 9–5.
  • Experience supporting multi-site operations .
  • Executive Assistant certifications (CAP, CEAP, or similar).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
