Job summary

Bombardier is seeking a Sr. Professional, Engineering - EWIS Integrator to provide senior technical leadership for complex EWIS designs and aircraft development initiatives.

Responsibilities include 3D harness definition, component integration, and coordination with electrical and structural teams to ensure certification compliance. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace/Mechanical/Electrical engineering and typically 10–15 years of aerospace experience, with proficiency

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical engineering or equivalent.
• Typically 10–15 years of aerospace engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• EWIS Design & Integration: develop and review 3D EWIS harness proposals, routing, supports, and installation drawings.
• Electrical & Physical Interface Coordination: align 3D installation with schematics, harness definition, interfaces and constraints.
• Design Maturity, Compliance & Support: review layouts for design and certification compliance; provide root-cause investigations and corrective actions.
• Level-specific contribution: lead complex multi-zone design activities and mentor engineers.
